Accurate information, with permission

Create or claim a page only for a practice you are authorized to represent. Publish accurate information and only photographs or content you have rights to use. Do not upload patient information or make unsupported claims about qualifications, services or outcomes.

A directory, not medical advice

md.miami helps people find practice information and connect directly. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, emergency assistance or a guarantee of a provider's credentials, availability, insurance coverage or results. Confirm those details directly with the practice and the relevant licensing authority.

Content and permitted use

You keep your rights in content you submit. By submitting content for a public practice page, you permit md.miami and its service providers to store, reproduce, format, translate and display it to operate and publish that page. This permission does not transfer ownership. You must have permission from people shown in photographs and must not disclose patient information. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content or interfere with the service.

Your page

Basic pages are free. No paid subscription is activated without an explicitly presented price and payment authorization. Pages may be restricted when ownership is disputed or content is abusive, misleading or unauthorized. Corrections and removal requests do not require payment.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms restricts honest consumer reviews, lawful complaints or reporting to regulators. Nothing excludes obligations, remedies or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. A directory listing, verification of account access or ownership review is not an endorsement of clinical quality. Contact emergency services directly in an emergency.

Availability and changes

Edits are saved before they are published. The editor distinguishes saved content from pending publication. Search engine crawling and ranking are outside our control.
